Before Liora Estates, I spent over a decade building software that millions of people depend on every day. I learned that the best results don't come from luck—they come from great systems.

Today, I use my design experience to find and manage apartment buildings in Texas. I look at every deal the same way I looked at a software, using this framework.

Is it safe?

I’ve spent most of my design career in healthcare tech. I’ve made it a part of my job to understand patient safety, and to represent the "users” needs in an industry with a lot of red tape.

  • Josh Roosen

    STRATEGIC INVESTMENT ADVISOR

    Josh Roosen is an experienced Multifamily Investor who has been investing in real estate since 2015.

    Initially wanting to be a physician, Josh got his pre-professional biology degree from Central Michigan University. However, a mentor of his advised him to go into business instead of medicine and that is when Josh discovered real estate investing. To learn from the best in the real estate investing industry Josh worked alongside two premier real estate investing education companies while furthering his own investing career before eventually going full-time on his own business in May of 2022. Josh currently owns 728 units.

    RISK & MODELING ADVISOR

    Bill Ham is the Chief Operating Officer and the driving force behind Broadwell Property Group. He is also the creator of Real Estate Raw where he teaches people how to invest in Multifamily Real Estate. He has upwards of 20 years’ experience with a proven track record of identifying, acquiring, operating, and divesting of large footprint Multifamily Housing. Bill can be seen and heard on countless podcasts and webinars as well as standing on stage giving presentations at tradeshows and other forums both online and off.

    Ham is a Real Estate Entrepreneur, a sought-after speaker, an author, and an operator but his real passion lies in education. He has been a coach and mentor to the future titans of Multifamily. Over the years he has counseled hundreds of students who have gone on to close countless millions of dollars in their own deals, many crediting Bill with their success.
